Do you design or also operate?
Both. We can design/redesign and also operate, depending on the scope and role defined with the institution.
How is progress evidenced?
With traceability by company and cohort: continuous tracking, indicators defined from the start, and periodic reports generated by our team and the Suricata OS operating system.
Can you transfer the method to the internal team?
Yes. It depends on the program: in some cases, the full method can be transferred, in others, continuous accompaniment is provided. We usually do this in train-the-trainer programs with large-scale programs in business ecosystems. What we do not transfer or license is the technology we use in our Suricata OS operating system.
If the program is important, it cannot be operated "by hand"
