It's that the traditional model separates design from operation, and the usual tools — built from spreadsheets and WhatsApp chains — were never meant to support dozens of companies at once, nor to demonstrate impact while the program is underway. So even the best team ends up spending more hours coordinating than supporting.
Suricata's difference is that we design with an operator's eye.
